Allow yourself to feel so you can heal and move forward ❤️❤️❤️

For the last week or so, I've been seeing a lot of posts about anxiety, fear, insecurities and loneliness. It was probably a mental health awareness week or perhaps it was a message for me and I will go for the latter. I have always believed that if you keep seeing the same signs or sequences numbers that means the universe is telling you something. https://www.instagram.com/alyonnadivinehealing/?hl=en In my previous post, I mentioned that I have enjoyed every single seconds in staying home where I am able to spend more time with myself and my loved ones and working on stuff that I didn't have the time to.  However, I won't deny that there are times where I woke up feeling anxious, resentment and fear of the unknown where my mind took me into a very dark place and let me be honest with you when that happens 'IT SUCKS!!!' Is it okay for me to feel that way? The answer is 'Yes, it is OKAY for me to feel how I feel because I am human after all. We are born

How am I getting on with my daily routine whilst staying home.

Going into week nine with a slight ease down but I do hope that everyone is doing well, staying busy and keeping sane because I absolutely am or I have to say I am enjoying every second of it 😁 I have to say that I have been doing pretty well working from home since 17 April 2020. I think one of the reason is because there's not much changes in my routine because I'm still working five days a week and workout every morning. I do have to say that at present the advantage of working from home is that I gained an additional two hours sleep and I don't have to travel to the office for the foreseeable future.  In addition, I also get to spend more time with my baby girl so who has the time to complain right 😍 Here we go: I always start my morning with a cup of hot lemon, and ginger tea mixed with 1 teaspoon of collagen peptide, +/- 1 hour morning walk around the estates, quick workout before getting ready for work. Except on Sunday morning where I will have pancake i

Reiki Healing and Soul Reading

Recently I have had a Reiki healing session done. If you have not heard about it before, Reiki translates to Universal Life Energy and it is a Japanese form of energy healing. This healing is to balance, clear and release energetic blocks or imbalances in the chakras and body.  I had this done few years ago and for the last 6 months, I felt an imbalances within myself both mentally and physically. For someone who has a strong intuition and more sensitive towards the surroundings, I always listen to my body when she tells me that I need to re-balance myself. This where it leads me to contact Angelic from  https://www.healingwithangelic.com/ Angelic is not only a Reiki Healer but also a Tarot reader, Clairvoyant and a Life Coach. I decided to reach out on her because she does not only offer Reiki healing but also Soul reading which is quite rare to find. The session lasts for 30 minutes and I not only feel much better but also receive a guidance from the Angels. I was so surprised when

Life

Everyone has their own life story, so have I.  Throughout the years, my life have been filled with adventures, where I experienced not only bad times but also good times and I never stop learning through those experiences to define who I am now. I have decided to write this post because I want to share and hopefully this will help and motivate others as everyone has their own ways on how to live their lives.  It will be an ongoing life experience and I have no intentions to offend anyone out there. I still can remember when I was a kid where you fear nothing and you dream of being whoever you want to be. However, one thing when I was a kid, I have this insecurity within myself due to the environment I grew up and the culture where everyone believes that you have to be pretty and skinny or you have to be super rich and intelligent to be accepted into the society. I was a chubby little girl and have darker skin whilst my brother, all my cousins and friends were thin, pretty and s

Spring Dog Walk and Brunch with All Dogs Matter

It has been a very long time since I last time wrote a blog. Sometimes life seems to have taken a toll on our daily life that we have to leave some out. Whist I was sorting out few things in my life including putting things in to plan, I suddenly recalled that I actually had a blog and here I am; reading through my blogs and realised how much I have missed it. I decided that my first blog back will be about dog walking charity that was organised by 'All Dogs Matter'. It took place in London started at Edinboro Castle Pub and we went to Regents Park for a 45 minutes walk. I have always love animals especially dogs and dolphins, so when I saw the post on Instagram I decided that I have to join the walk not only for charity but also to allow my little pup, Bella to meet some friends and have some fun around. The tiniest sink ever After the walk, we had some lunch before we shoot off. It is amazing to see how many people have attended on the d

Rose Gold

It has been no secret that I love rose gold.  It's one of the most beautiful colour that cross between pink and gold but with a hint of champagne.  For the past months, I have been obsessed with them even more than before and these products have been my everyday go to. From left clockwise: Cover FX highlighter in Blossom Kevyn Aucoin The Neo-Bronzer Cover FX highlighter in Moonlight Charlotte Tilbury Lipliner in Pink Venus &  Airbrush Flawless Finish No 2 -Medium                                                                                     Aren't they the most beautiful products?  I love mixing the moonlight with my foundation to give me that glow especially it is now spring so I can go a little bit crazy with highlights and some dewy finish look. Kevyn Aucoin Neo-Bronzer - what more can I say, this is what I have been reaching out every single day for my highlights.  I still love my Becca Champagne Pop but this is perfect for everyday when you just

Highlights of 2016

This year, I have been through a lot.  There's been enough ups and downs that I could easily say it's been a bad year, but I am still here.  I am still able to learn, grow, smile past the struggle, and count my blessings.  So for that, I just want to say thank you to everyone and everything that's still in my life - Power of Positivity I came across this quote whilst browsing through my facebook and the words describe exactly how my year has been.  It has been a memorable year from a new job, bought a house, planed the whole wedding, traveled to Bali for the wedding and moved to a new house just in time for Christmas.  It has been both an exciting and a stressful year when everything decided to happen at once. Let's see which was more stressful, planed a wedding or moving to a new house?  I would probably said planning a wedding, especially when the venue took place at the other side of the world.  Yet it was an amazing day and the most memorable day that I would re
